Staining Machine Overview

Staining is a routine staining method that demonstration exceptional information on tissue structure and makeup of the cells. Stained cell structures (e.g. organelles, nucleus, cytoplasm, extra-cellular components) provide important details for tissue-based cancer diagnosis. In other words, Staining is a technique used to improve contrast in particles, Usually at the microscopic level. Stains and dyes are continuously used in histology (the study of tissue under the microscope) and in the medical fields of cytopathology, histopathology, and hematology that mainly focus on the study and diagnoses disease at a microscopic level. Stains may be held to explain biological tissues highlighting, for example, connective tissue or muscle fibers, cell quantity (categorize different blood cells), or organelles inside individual cells.
